Hospitality Concept Development: Captivating a new audience
The Centrale Hypotheekbank (CHB) approached us in 2019 to partner up on an event we curated and coined Wish it. Dream it. Build it! - a one-stop-shop for those interested in buying a house on Curaçao. From a notary to architects to hardware stores, we invited an array companies in the real estate arena to spend the morning rubbing elbows with potential, young professional buyers.
We coordinated the set-up of the look and feel, invited Kafé 5999 to do a coffee + tea pop-up and IBB to design customized doormats as giveaways.
This event jumpstarted a long-term collaboration that eventually led us to the concept creation and project management of CHB's new mortgage shop - the first of it’s kind on the island! Selecting and coordinating the work done by architects and the contractor to handpicking furniture and ordering the finishing touches, we were hands-on from start to finish.
