Launch Event Concept Curation

Curaçao Coworking (CCW) is the first co-working space of its kind in the Pietermaai district. Aside from flexible desk space, you can also rent out a larger office space fit for a team or reserve a fixed desk just for your own use. Leading up to their opening, we were approach to partner up with them to plan their launch event and the accompanying promotional campaign to get the word out.

We got to work by setting up a number of collaborations for during the event, including the look and feel and the incorporation of other Pietermaai brands.

Then we designed the Instagram Story promo material, planned out the posting schedule and advised o how to to best go about distributing the personal invites. Part of this posting plan also included promotion of the event take place via our Instagram and Facebook accounts to reach a wider audience and get CCW more followers and likes.
