Event Concept Development: Block Party

Every December 31st, reveling crowds descend on downtown Willemstad to celebrate the last day of the year. There are fireworks and people milling around the streets, party-hopping from Punda to Pietermaai.  

In 2017 Bar.ber - located in the heart of Pietermaai but not along either street where the most foot traffic takes place - approached us, looking for a way to capture some of that traffic on New Year’s Eve.

One meeting, a few calls to the DJs and a social media plan later, this is how the now traditional Bar.ber Block Party was born.
