Real Estate Concept Strategy
Brovast (Brouwer Vastgoed) is a developer and manager of rental properties on the island, from homes to apartment complexes to commercial real estate. They decided to work on their online presence, starting with giving their website a face lift and wanting to broaden their scope of potential clients through social channels.
Sand and Stilettos set them up with a curated Instagram account and transformed their Facebook page to give both a cleaner and more cohesive look and feel.
We also ran both accounts for an agreed amount of time, to provide them with a proper foundation to continue building on themselves moving forward. This entailed creating their social media branding kit (including marketing templates and posting technique) and iPhoneography of all their properties.
